Easy basic recipe that you can create as much as 12 to 20 variations from, from plain Dinner rolls to Spanish Bread and Mongo Rolls or even Corned Beef Rolls. You can even fry the dough to make a simple Sugar Doughnut or Bitso. The possibilities are endless!
Proofing is all about time and patience. No rush, just let the dough do its thing.

Only 2 persons will be admitted for the group class to observe the 1 meter distance, my 1 on 1 is also open and do not worry, the subdivision is still Covid 19 free, as well as myself.
Since the mandatory lock down last year, i only left the house 8 times (visit to the doctor, Wilcon etc..), the last time i went out was March before the surge of new Covid 19 cases and have not gone out yet, not even to the market to buy food.
Vaccination is a must, i still have to wait for the LGUs call so i hope you are vaccinated for our safety but it is not a requirement as of now.
Start of classes is July 4, 6 and 8 for the 3 day Commercial Bread Making lessons.
Reservations are now being accepted, you may pick your own schedule for the 1 on 1.
You may enroll for 1 day only, but if you are planning to open a bakery, small or medium scale, taking the complete course is a must.
Fee for the 3 day class is P10,000.00 inclusive of the ingredients with free Part 1 of the Ebook on Commercial Bread Making.
Fee for 1 day class is P3500.00
For my special 1 on 1 class, the student picks his or her own schedule as well as the lesson, (cakes and cupakes, cake decorating or breads) You can also mix cakes and breads if you like, it is totally up to you.

It's finally here, my kitchen is done although the house is still undergoing its final finishing touches. I am ready to open the bakery too, once i am able to find the right person to help me. I am in between choosing a part time baker, someone who already knows how to bake or training a female baker who can stay with me full time. Maybe i should try both and see which one will work...

***please bring a pair or slippers to wear inside the baking school, if you want to wear socks over your feet, you may do so. Shoes will be left outside the premise.
